Buddies
We are now in day three of Tom's trip to Laos to be with Pon. It sounds like the two of them are having a really good time together. I'm sure he'll share more details when he gets back on Thursday. Pray for him Thursday morning because he gets in on the train that morning and goes straight to teach a bunch of kindergarten classes- poor guy!
We're doing okay at home too, although I always realize how tough being a single parent is while he's gone. The kids are doing great for the most part though.
Eliza and Silas have been big buddies lately (except for the times he's pulling her hair or grabbing her face because she won't do what he wants! He is definitely trying our patience asserting his little almost-two year old self lately.).
A new game all three kids like to play is "motorcycle taxi."
In other big news, Eliza is now a reader!! She is taking off reading level one books and Dick and Jane. We are so proud of her!
