Normal Life
It looks like we're back in a blogging slump! I think it's mostly because life feels so "back to normal" that it doesn't seem like it's very interesting to talk about! Here are a few recent pictures.
We've started homeschooling Claire again with our new Sonlight curriculum. She's finishing up kindergarten right now at her Thai school (her graduation ceremony and dance is on Sunday- I'm sure there will be pictures! She'll actually go until the end of February though). She's doing a great job with homeschool and seems to be really enjoying it- especially all the new books! We're just doing day or two a week right now and will start in full time when she's finished with Thai school.

Silas has been busy tearing the house apart- he loves to climb the stairs, spill water, dig in kitchen and desk drawers, and pull down dishes and washcloths in the kitchen- oh, and touch cords and outlets- all NO NO'S! We sometimes feel that we say "no" to him all day long. Other things he enjoys are: looking at books- especially with pictures of animals (dogs) and running up and down the soi (street) in front of our house (under supervision, of course!). He also got a new haircut.
Some of the boxes from the trip have been put to good use. Claire uses one as an airplane and found a pilot costume to go with it (including her wing pin from the flight).
The large business group that is coming to investigate beginning a business in Thailand is coming on Saturday night. Tom will travel with them to Chiang Mai for most of next week. Hans and Joelle (a former Reacher) will be staying at our house part of the time. So we're looking forward to a pretty busy 10 days!
